1. Course information
Course descriptions explain the intended level, delivery format and included services. A course supports preparation but does not guarantee a visa decision, exam pass, Merit, Distinction or specific score.
2. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Stripe will process supported payment methods after integration.
3. Lesson scheduling
Lesson times are agreed subject to availability. Students should attend on time and provide reasonable notice when a change is needed. Rescheduling and missed lesson rules must be shown at purchase and in the course confirmation.
4. Digital access and recordings
Account access and lesson recordings are for the enrolled student. They must not be shared, copied, sold or published without written permission. Recording availability and access periods may vary by program.
5. Student responsibilities
Students must provide accurate information, behave respectfully, protect login details and complete independent practice where required. Visa and exam decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant authorities and test provider.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation rights and any refund limits are explained in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for immigration decisions, test provider decisions, indirect losses or disruption outside our reasonable control.
